Dr. Michael Yarish, BA (Hons.), MA, ND Michael Yarish is a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine and board certified and licensed by the Province of Ontario. Member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors and Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors, Michael completed his naturopathic medical degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto, Ontario. CCNM is a four year provincially accredited graduate medical school with pre-medical coursework requirements. He studied at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic, one of the leading naturopathic medical centres in North America, and gained three years of clinical experience as a student clinician. In his naturopathic practice, Michael integrates the clinical and diagnostic tools of conventional medicine with naturopathic therapies. His specialty is in clinical nutrition and botanical medicine, but he also utilizes and is very knowledgeable in Traditional Chinese Medicine, homeopathy, physical manipulation therapy and counseling. He is also a board certified in administering Intravenous Therapy and holds a certification in Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture – a healthy aging technique. Michael is trained to address acute and chronic health problems and has a special interest in treating cardiovascular, hormonal, autoimmune and digestive conditions as well as treating food allergies and their associated symptoms. He is passionate about motivating, teaching and empowering his clients to achieve optimal health and quality of life and believes that open communication between patient and physician creates a trusting partnership that supports this journey.
